The If I Can’t Dance Studio was launched during the Covid-pandemic (2020) and remained active as a digital space up until Edition IX (2022-23). The studio space supplemented physical environments, printed matter and the web, making space for experiments and collaborations and the sharing of research in process. The digital rooms offer insights into the biennial productions and research programmes, activations from our archive, texts by the artistic team, and artistic research by participants of the first three cycles of the Open Rehearsal.
